The first LED light environment testing center in the Yangtze River Delta settled in Taicang, Suzhou

Recently, the first provincial-level LED light environment testing center in the Yangtze River Delta settled in Suzhou Taicang Rongwen Group. The center was established by Rongwen Group and Tsinghua Optical Environment Design Institute. It mainly serves the power, life and brightness test of LED products, and detects the influence of light source on the environment and power saving effect.

Suzhou Rongwen focuses on the R&D and production of LED lamps. After years of hard work, Rongwen has a complete processing chain for lighting design, lighting production, lamp installation, etc. The products are exported to the United States, Canada, Mexico and other places, and the foreign exchange earning is stable at around 30 million US dollars per year.

Rongwen Group said that the company achieved sales of 200 million yuan in 2011 and is expected to reach 300 million yuan in 2012. Now Rongwen Group is increasing investment in research and development to expand the domestic market. Rongwen Group invested 5 million yuan in the R&D center established in Taicang last year, and is focusing on three key areas of waterproofing, LED driving and power supply. Production and sales are also striving to expand the production ratio of LED lamps. At present, the share of domestic products has risen to over 20%, and the self-owned brand “Emerald” is also being promoted.
