Mitsubishi Electric to Launch 75 Series LED Light Engine Wall Products

Mitsubishi Motors, a world leader in the large-screen splicing industry, will continue to introduce the 75-series next-generation LED light engine splicing wall products this year after the introduction of LED light source engine splicing wall products in 2010.

Mitsubishi Electric revealed that this series of LED light source video wall products adopts a new generation of high-brightness LED light sources. Compared to the original LED light source products more than double the brightness, or even exceeds the brightness of the traditional UHP light source, which will greatly expand the LED light source in more complex applications.

In addition to ensuring higher brightness, the 75 Series also pays more attention to energy-saving technologies. Compared with the previous generation of LED light source, the actual energy consumption can be reduced by about 20%, which will fully improve energy-saving and environmental protection standards. In addition, Mitsubishi's new generation of LED light source rear projection wall products use air-cooled heat sinks to cool the heat sink through fans or natural wind. Because the heat sink is in close contact with the chip, this method can be used to indirectly help with the thermal conductivity of the metal. The rear projection wall cools down, which avoids the increase in brightness and causes LED heating to be too high, keeping the balance of brightness and life of the product. At the same time, it has the longest service life of 80,000 hours in the industry, eliminating the need for late-stage high maintenance costs and achieving zero maintenance of the system.
