Japan developed a wooden light bulb to release flame light

Japanese designer Ryosuke Fukusada used a technique called “Rokuro” to create a wood bulb that uses a very thin layer of wood that allows the light to penetrate, creating the illusion of burning wood.

This wood bulb contains an LED bulb that illuminates the texture of the wood and uses a traditional aluminum base to achieve this dream effect. At present, this wood bulb is only a manual prototype, but has won the prestigious Kyoto Renaissance Design Award, the designer hopes to mass production and sales as soon as possible.
